PLAYCARE® BONDED RUBBER MULCH 
PlayCare Bonded Rubber Mulch offers the natural look of wood mulch with the safety and low maintenance of a unitary surface. Do “better than mulch” with a more affordable surface that is safer, softer, and longer lasting!  PlayCare Bonded Rubber Mulch is a single-pour application of shredded rubber combined with a polyurethane binder. This method creates a distinctive surface, and we tailor the depth to provide specific fall height protection. PLAYCARE® SYNTHETIC TURF PlayCare 
Synthetic Turf offers natural shades for a lifelike appearance as well as vibrant color palettes to unleash your creativity!  PlayCare Synthetic Turf is a two-layer system comprising of industry-best synthetic turf installed over closed-cell 100% recycled foam padding or recycled rubber base for fall protection. Our premium turf is infused with antistatic yarns and antimicrobial additive keeping play surfaces cleaner and safer for longer.  Our system performs in all weather conditions and is renowned for its excellent water permeability and cooling infill.   The “S-blade” ribbed surface texture improves durability and eliminates the shiny mirror effect that makes artificial grass look like plastic.

PLAYCARE PIP SEAL COAT CONDITIONER

Your playground rubber surface is a significant investment. PlayCare PIP Seal Coat Conditioner helps protect that investment. This premium conditioner rejuvenates your existing Poured-in-Place rubber, extending its lifespan and restoring its vibrant colors.

This solution combats granulation, a common issue in Poured-in-Place systems that often leads to cracks, holes, and costly repairs. By replenishing the surface with lost bonding agents degraded by UV exposure, it helps prevent these problems and extends the life of your playground.

Seal Coating is essential to delay the gradual deterioration of any PIP Rubber System. 
There are 4 distinct phases affecting the rubber system's longevity.

Phase 1- Granulation

  • UV rays break down the binder that holds the rubber together.
  • Loose granules easily detach during play, especially if the surface hasn't ben reconditioned recently. 

Phase 2- Cracking

  • Small cracks begin to appear and gradually worsen.
  • These cracks can deepen and widen, eventually forming holes.

Phase 3- Hole Formation

  • The protective wear layer becomes compromised as holes develop.

Phase 4- System Failure

  • Deterioration progresses into the base layer, leading to significant system failure.
